AI Ethics & Our Commitment

How we use AI responsibly and plan to offset its impact on creative professionals.

Acknowledging Our AI Use

We built the Artist Empowerment Suite with significant assistance from generative AI. We are not going to pretend otherwise or hide behind vague language. AI helped us write code, debug problems, and move faster than a solo developer ever could.

Under traditional development models, a project of this scope would cost well over $100,000 in developer fees. We did not have that kind of capital. Without AI assistance, AES would not exist.

We are aware of the irony: building tools to empower creators while using technology that threatens the livelihoods of developers, designers, and other creative professionals. We are not ignoring that tension. We are trying to address it head-on.

Our Position on AI

We are not AI evangelists who think automation will solve all problems. We are not AI doomers who think the technology should be banned. We occupy the uncomfortable middle ground of people who see both the potential and the damage.

Generative AI is disrupting industries in ways that hurt real people right now. Developers are losing contracts. Designers are watching their rates collapse. Writers are being replaced by chatbots. The transition is brutal, and telling people to “learn to adapt” is not a sufficient response.

At the same time, we believe ethical and tactical use of AI can accelerate projects that would otherwise never exist. The question is not whether to use AI—that ship has sailed. The question is how to use it responsibly while actively working to offset the harm it causes.

Our Commitment to Offset

We are committed to building sustainable ways to give back as humanity transitions into an AI-assisted world. This is not charity. This is recognition that the value we captured through AI assistance came at a cost to the broader ecosystem of human talent.

Our commitments:

  • Creator Offset Fund: We plan to establish a fund specifically to support developers and graphic designers who are being displaced by AI. As AES generates revenue, a percentage will flow into this fund.
  • Human Art Recognition: Artists who choose to create without AI assistance deserve to be recognized and rewarded. We will actively seek ways to highlight and support human-only creative work.
  • Transparent Disclosure: We will always be honest about where and how we use AI. No fake “handcrafted” claims. No pretending our code was written entirely by humans.
  • Continuous Evaluation: As AI capabilities and impacts evolve, so will our approach. We commit to regularly reassessing our practices and adjusting as needed.

The Bigger Picture: chadworks™

AES is a subsidiary of chadworks™, a parent company with a mission that extends far beyond music technology.

We are building revolutionary projects with one goal in mind: elevate humanity to a point where money becomes obsolete. Not through naive utopianism, but through practical steps toward an equitable, egalitarian global society.

That sounds absurd in 2026. We know. The current global culture runs on consolidated power and socioeconomic structures designed to maintain scarcity. Billionaires hoard resources while billions struggle. The system is not broken—it is working exactly as designed, just not for most of us.

We believe technology, including AI, can be a lever for change rather than another tool of exploitation. But only if we are intentional about it. Only if we build with the long game in mind. Only if we actively work against the centralizing tendencies that turn every new technology into another mechanism of control.

AES is step one: giving artists direct ownership of their relationship with fans. Future chadworks™ projects will tackle other domains where power is unnecessarily concentrated.

The Vanguard

We are not waiting for permission. We are not waiting for the perfect moment. We are not waiting for someone else to figure this out.

The transition to an AI-integrated economy is happening now, whether we are ready or not. People are being displaced now. The winners and losers are being decided now.

We choose to be part of the solution rather than passive observers or, worse, cynical exploiters. We will make mistakes. Our early efforts will be imperfect. But we would rather be wrong while trying than comfortable while watching.

This is what it means to be the vanguard: moving first, accepting the risks, and building the infrastructure that others can improve upon.

If this resonates with you—if you believe technology should serve humanity rather than extract from it—we invite you to join us. Use AES. Support the mission. Hold us accountable to these commitments.

The future is not written. We are writing it now.
